Introduction

Our adventure with SOLO rent a car, a standout name in Spain's car rental industry, began with an ambitious goal. They needed a full-scale marketing revamp, spanning branding, web design, social media, and email marketing. Our initial plan was simple: start with branding, then tackle the web and social media presence for SOLO rent a car. However, as SOLO group's portfolio expanded, so did our scope, adapting to encompass new and exciting projects.

Redefining Identity

Our first major step was a critical one: redesigning the SOLO rent a car logo. The aim was to create a logo that was not just modern but versatile enough for the group's array of companies. We opted for simplicity, using perfect circles that easily adapted to various digital platforms. More importantly, we standardised the brand name across all platforms to "SOLO rent a car," establishing consistency and strengthening the brand identity across the SOLO group's businesses.

Revitalising Social Media

Transforming SOLO rent a car's social media presence was our next challenge. We developed a bespoke system of grids and styles, infusing the brand's digital presence with aesthetic appeal and uniformity. This same style was mirrored on the websites, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all digital fronts.

Enhancing User Experience

Tackling the SOLO rent a car website, we delved deep into analytics and user feedback. Our mission was to iron out any flaws, leading us to correct over 200 typos, fix more than 40 bugs, and overhaul the vehicle booking process with specific landing pages for each car model. Our collaboration extended to launching new websites for SOLO car sales, SOLO furgonetas (van rentals), and SOLO wine, an online wine store. Each site was carefully crafted to reflect the unique character of each business while maintaining the SOLO group's overarching brand ethos.

A Picture-Perfect Campaign

To truly bring SOLO's offerings to life, we organized a series of photoshoots. Capturing over 73 high-quality images, we provided SOLO with a visual library that enhanced their online presence, from social media to their various websites. These images, some of which you see on this page, marked the successful culmination of our 8-month journey with SOLO.

Working with SOLO rent a car was an exercise in storytelling, where each element of branding and design played a part in narrating their corporate saga. Our journey with them was more than a series of tasks; it was about weaving a digital narrative that reflected their growth, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
